Our national Financial Planning and Investment Management client are currently going through rapid expansion and on course to become one of the leading, prominent brands in Financial Services.
The business is Private Equity backed for future acquisition and strategic growth, delivering sophisticated Financial Planning & Wealth Management solutions through technology, enhancing client experiences whilst delivering expert levels of regulated advice.
This newly created, kudos vacancy as "Brand Marketing Manager" will play a key role in assisting the Head of Marketing in the management and implementation of a new brand across multiple businesses. Following successful re-brand, your role will evolve to promote the new brand, with the aim of driving new leads and increasing business performance.
This is a fast-paced position with huge opportunity to be involved in shaping the business and leading the re-brand of multiple businesses. Experience within Financial Services is essential and a good understanding of the Financial Planning industry is highly desirable.

- Lead and successfully execute the comprehensive re-branding of multiple businesses within the organisation, overseeing the strategic planning, creative direction, and implementation of the re-brand initiatives to ensure a seamless transition and a unified brand identity across diverse business entities.
- Lead the creation, implementation and management of campaigns aimed at driving business leads and improving business performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to effectively position the organisation's services in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and positioning across all touch-points, ensuring consistent and compelling brand representation.
- Lead the creation of creative and impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
- Manage the development of captivating brand collateral, including visual assets, messaging guidelines, and brand narratives.
- Oversee the implementation of brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the brand's values and mission are effectively communicated in all marketing efforts.
- Monitor and measure the performance of brand marketing campaigns, utilising key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging practices in brand marketing, integrating innovative approaches into the organization's strategies.
- Collaborate with PR and communications teams to manage brand reputation and handle any potential crisis situations.
- Champion the brand internally, working with the Communications and Engagement Manager to educate and inspire team members to embody the brand's essence in their roles and interactions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with external partners, influencers, and ambassadors to amplify brand reach and impact.
- Manage brand budgets effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest ROI.
- Identify and explore new avenues for brand growth, such as partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
- Act as the brand's advocate in cross-functional meetings and contribute insights that align with broader business goals.
- Continuously seek opportunities to refine and elevate the brand's visual identity, messaging, and overall market presence.
Person Specification
- Experience of working in an Financial Adviser, Investment or Financial Services company is essential.
- Previous campaign management experience, particularly within the Financial Services/Wealth & Investment industry.
- Qualification in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
- Proven experience of re-branding a business is essential.
- Experience as a campaign manager or brand manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of GDPR, information governance and information management.

- Experience of using Creative Cloud suite
This position will be home based with travel required at least twice a month, you will be expected to travel to various sites across the UK, fully expensed.
