We are seeking a Marketing Lead to spearhead the partnership with global sports brandsRole Overview: As the Marketing Lead , you will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategies that bring these prestigious brands together across CRM, social, digital, trade and retail.This hands-on role requires you to collaborate with various teams, agencies, and stakeholders to drive brand awareness and conversion. You'll play a pivotal role in building and enhancing the marketing partnership with these iconic brands.Responsibilities:* Develop and lead marketing strategies for 4 prestigious global sports brands* Foster and manage partner brand relationships from a marketing perspective.* Take strategic ownership of the budget, collaborating with assigned brands and the finance team.* Monitor and optimize budget allocation across different channels to boost awareness and conversion.* Work closely with assigned brands to ensure the development of relevant programs with clear KPIs and objectives.* Provide ongoing analysis with a focus on ROI measurement and growth opportunities.* Drive expansion strategies for partner brands across UK/EU territories.* Lead and motivate a team to achieve partner brand strategy and business goals.* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including buying, merchandising, retail, VM, and multichannel teams to deliver visually striking and engaging campaigns.* Work closely with PR, activation/events, and influencer teams to maximize output and awareness.* Co-create and actively manage the assigned brand's calendar/schedule of activities.Skills and Experience:* Proven experience in a senior marketing role with consumer brands at a global/regional/international level.* Strong knowledge of brand management, brand communication, and brand development tools.* Demonstrated ability to drive brand growth through consumer initiatives.* Comprehensive understanding of the touchpoint and media landscape relevant to JD consumers.* Experience in utilizing research insights to make actionable recommendations.* Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.* Excellent project management skills for coordinating internal stakeholders, agencies, customers, and external partners.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Innovative thinker with results-oriented mindset.* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including briefing and presentation writing.* Creative problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.* Proven budget management and analytical skills.* Interest in sports lifestyle and youth culture is preferred.To apply for this position please forward your CV to Due to the high volume of applications we can't respond to every application personally but if you would like to discuss your application in more detail or would like feedback or help with your job search please call Andrea
