A position has just become available at a digital specialist agency who currently operate on a 4 day working week! They believe that 4 days is all they need to deliver best in class marketing strategies for their clients!

  • Fully Remote role - work from anywhere in the UK or Abroad!
  • 4 day working week
  • 8 hours per day, pick these up anytime between 7am-7pm GMT
  • £32,000 + annual bonus

Joining as our newest Paid Media Specialist you will work closely with our Digital Director and other members of the paid team to drive strategies and continue driving growth across all marketing platforms. Working across a variety of different performance activities in PPC such as YouTube, Google Ads, Shopping and Display, as well as Paid Social such as Meta, LinkedIn and Twitter. You will identify opportunities and enhance our value by using clients' data to explore ideas to boost performance and work to continuously monitor campaign performance, we analyse data and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve client objectives. We need someone that loves Paid Media and being hands on but also someone who has that drive to get stuck in with our clients. Finally, you will have a passion for keeping up to date with industry trends and new Paid Media tools and technologies.


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Paid Media role
  • Skills and experience in PPC, Paid Search, Paid Social, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Shopping, Display, Optimisation, Agency
  • Budget Management experience
  • Knowledge of analytical tools
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
