Job Description:

As a GCSE Media Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive educational environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in GCSE Media (OCR specification).
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
• Utilise technology, including Microsoft Teams and SIMS registers, to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Participate in departmental meetings and school-wide initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent.
• Specialism in GCSE Media with experience teaching the OCR specification (highly desirable).
• Familiarity with SIMS registers and proficiency in Microsoft Teams (highly desirable).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring students.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively within a collaborative team.
