Product Owner

Salary: Up to £60,000

Flexible working – 1 day a week in Greater Manchester

We are working with a leading subscription company, with a huge focus on growth within their product team. As a Product Owner you will work collaboratively with multiple departments in the business including, the development team, CRO, UX/Research, marketing and of course, the digital team.

The successful candidate will be a product ambassador for this company, they will be the voice of a growing and aspirational team, working against agile methodologies, managing stakeholder requirements and influencing decisions amongst the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuously drive a customer focussed approach, ensuring that the user journey is at the heart of all that you do.

Consistently and propose improvements in align with the company vison

Work collaboratively with in-house and agency teams such as CRO, Analytics, Marketing, UX/Researcher and Design teams.

Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, ensuring that needs are being met.

Manage the team's backlog, working with the wider team to maintain consistent approach

Lead refinement sessions to ensure team members understand ticket requirements for sprint planning.

Have the ability to attend, actively participate and lead sprint planning sessions/ daily stand ups,

Lead product release plans, managing expectations for new functionality launches.

Communicate the product roadmap to the business, including implications for business continuity and training.
