Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our client’s marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the brand’s image, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, and creating engaging marketing assets. This role demands a balance of creativity and analytical prowess, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with our client’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Manage the creation of marketing assets, including digital content, print media, and promotional materials.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing channels to optimise online presence and engagement.
  • Oversee traditional print media campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Plan, market, and execute Continuing Professional Development (CPD) events targeting prospective clients, enhancing brand awareness and fostering professional relationships.
  • Analyse market trends and marketing campaign performance to make data-driven decisions for future marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media, with a solid understanding of how these channels work together to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Experience with traditional print media and event marketing, including the ability to effectively market and manage professional events.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
