*Leading UK Developer – Marketing Manager – £45,000-£50,000 – Central London – Leading a small team*  My client is looking for an established marketing professional with a minimum of 3 years experience within marketing real estate! Ideally developer side. A key role within the business focused in on implementing the marketing strategy across 5 key developments.  Some Key Duties

• Project manage and amend when needed when needed key collaterals: brochures, digital content, websites, floor plans.
• To take the lead on all communications across the business
• To deliver campaign idea’s to key stakeholders
• Work with appointed digital & offline agencies
• Lead the day-to-day management of the social media/PPC campaigns: paid and organic, incorporating the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing
• Prepare monthly reports

  Experience

• At least 3 years’ marketing experience within real estate
