An award winning property company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to work on a large build-to-rent portfolio. This is a hybrid role, with the office based in Central London. The annual salary is up to £50,000 + bonus. The role:The Marketing Manager will lead on all marketing, branding, and customer experience. Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include:

  • Create and execute marketing strategy for lease up and stabilised assets within the portfolio. Work with team members to ensure effective delivery.
  • Brief and manage relationships with creative agencies to launch new sites.
  • Report to the client on marketing strategy.
  • Manage marketing budgets across all sites.
  • Oversee the resident engagement calendar.
  • Work with site teams to plan and organise resident events.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction surveys and analyse trends.
  • Work with local businesses to promote sites and support local communities.

The person:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Highly professional manner.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within Build-to-Rent.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategy, google ads, SE etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
