£30 -£50K plus 10% Bonus, potentially flexible for the right candidate

Our client is a high-growth, global technology company that designs, develops and delivers AI powered analytics solutions to the world’s largest retailers, brands and transport providers.

Role Summary of the Group Marketing Manager

As a Group Marketing Manager at this exciting Tech company you will play a pivotal role in executing the marketing strategy to promote their AI-powered technology solutions that deliver data and insights to luxury brands and the retail and rail sectors.

As Group Marketing Manager you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, adoption, and growth of their AI software solutions and marketing campaigns.

Duties of the Group Marketing Manager:

Execution of Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s objectives to establish our technology as a leading solution for data and insights in the retail and rail sectors. Ensure this strategy is consistent with our rebranding efforts.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, industry events, and client engagement initiatives. Integrate rebranding elements into campaigns.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to stay at the forefront of innovation and adapt marketing strategies accordingly. Incorporate market perception changes due to the rebrand into your strategies.

Data Analysis:

Utilize data and customer insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent messaging and creative marketing initiatives.

Content Development:

Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos. All whilst ensuring the creation of content resonates with the unique needs and challenges of the retail and rail sectors.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

Continuously evaluate the customer journey, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience, considering the rebranding project.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Budget Management:

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and client services, to align marketing efforts and support their goals.

Event Management:

Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase our AI software solutions.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience Required:

4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry. Experience within marketing of AI solutions and / or digital marketing products is highly desirable (but not essential!)

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot or a similar CRM software, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and campaign management skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging marketing trends
