My client areseeking a creative, enthusiastic and highly-organised marketing professional to join their team as Marketing Manager. You will be joining the business at an exciting time as they begin a period of ambitious growth. This position will suit an individual who is keen to be part of a success story and isn’t scared of rolling up their sleeves to get the work done.

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead campaign strategy and execution to increase brand awareness and lead generation. The primary goal in this position will be developing the brand and tone of voice to broaden our audience, whilst continuing to increase the demand for our services and the subsequent leads generated for our sales team, through organic and paid channels.

  • Design, implement and manage marketing campaigns of full marketing mix
  • Develop digital marketing activities, including: Search Engine Optimization, Pay-per-Click, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing and Marketing Analytics
  • Manage the brand to ensure that the brand is perceived as planned and secures its objectives
  • Manage content across all appropriate channels, including: website, social media, email and print
  • Support and collaborate with our internal sales team to align direction and strategy to reach organisational goals
  • Organise and facilitate industry exhibitions and maximise PR events and opportunities
  • Oversee the development of the website, including liaising with third-party developers to ensure brand consistency and full utilisation
  • Develop robust relationships with key stakeholders
  • Present regular campaign updates, reporting, and analysis of KPIs to key stakeholders to review progress and growth
  • Support the Chief Client Officer to develop annual marketing plans that support to define the marketing strategy
  • Analyse successes and report on the effectiveness of marketing plans
  • Support the Chief Client Officer to define the marketing budget and strategically plan expenses to maximise return on investment


  • A relevant degree or industry qualification(s) (e.g. CIM)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing
  • Robust understanding of marketing and strategy, including problem-centric selling
  • Extensive communications experience to deliver marketing messages and content to target audience
  • Advanced understanding of all marketing channels and the use of data analytics to measure ROI
  • Ability to make decisions, work under pressure and hit tight deadlines
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
