Fixed term contract for 6 MonthsLocation:  Somerset – Hybrid workingSalary:  Up to £40K + excellent bonus and benefits Excellent opportunity working for one of the UK’s fastest growing retail and e-commerce business’s.  Reporting to the CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering compelling and engaging content for our CRM channels, with a strong focus on test and learn and optimisation of activity.Key Responsibilities:

•              Planning and execution of email campaigns – including the build, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns.

•              Be an internal champion for CRM and getting closer to the consumer, providing knowledge sharing and training to others.

•              Lead on team workshops to educate, engage and drive ideas into action.

•              Analyse the reporting of email campaigns, comparing performance against targets and using insight to support and influence the development of future optimisation.

Key Skills & Experience required:

•              A clear understanding of CRM principles and marketing channels

•              Essential prior experience in Marketing and e-mail Marketing

•              Experience within a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.

•              Proven ability to work Cross functionally and collaboratively.

•              Confident communicator with the ability to work with people at all levels.
