Growing, innovative company requires a full time Marketing Assistant to work closely with the marketing team and external agencies to ensure effective coordination and delivery of marketing projects. The role will assist in executing various marketing activities and initiatives to promote the company’s range of technology products and services.


  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, conduct market research, assist with developing campaign materials & creative content, and monitor campaign performance, generating reports
  • Content Creation and Management: Assist with day-to-day execution of the content marketing plan, contribute to the creation of engaging content, assist with growing the company’s social media presence, update marketing materials, support the marketing manager to ensure tracking is set up on the company website, Maintain and update content on digital platforms
  • Event Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, and product launches, support event promotion through various channels, provide on-site event support, including setup, registration, and customer engagement.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements. Maintain marketing databases and files, prepare and distribute marketing materials, produce internal communications such as presentations, posters, staff email newsletters as required
  • Market Research and Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify content opportunities, review performance of marketing activity against KPIs and costs, seek feedback to identify client needs, preferences, and trends

Applicants will ideally have a marketing related qualification with a proactive approach to work, who can assist in implementing marketing plans, executing campaigns, and ensuring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday – office based
