Marketing and Events Manager – EMEAMy client, a leading Insurance business is looking to hire an EMEA Marketing and Events Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.Skills and responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with the business areas you support for events, tradeshows, internal events, hospitality, broker trainings, webinars.
  • Be the main point of contact for the events piece.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on customer and broker issues, market trends and competitor activity to strategically elevate events.
  • Manage and coordinate all event logistics, create event website, invitations, and curation of guest lists.Manage all pre-event planning, organising and sourcing guest speakers, event materials. Work with stakeholders to develop/advise on programme, theme and speakers.
  • Manage all aspects of onsite logistics including branding and set up, rehearsals, guest registrations, time keeping, guest experience to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget.
  • Manage event team on site and give full briefings to employees.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in Marketing and Events (EMEA Experience is desirable)
  • Trusted researcher is suppliers, venues etc
  • Managed and coordinated the website, invitations and brand visibility
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
