An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Thatcham as a Marketing Administrator. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 30 hours per week.

Please note, this is a temporary role until the beginning of July.

As the Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with photography, taking photographs at daytime events – uploading and organising photos into folders
  • Scheduling already made social media content
  • Managing inboxes
  • Collecting and organising printing for events, admissions, and reception
  • Raising orders for merchandise – researching options and costing
  • Supporting the fundraising team with managing inbound enquiries, processing donations, and maintaining contact records

The successful Marketing Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Flexibility to cover one weekend in June for an event
