Marketing Activation Support – 12 month FTC

Location: Northampton (Remote)

Our well-established agency client is seeking a Marketing Activation Support to join their team on a 12 month full time basis. The Marketing Activation Support will play a key role supporting the Marketing Activations Managers. Managing marketing, financial and administrative tasks and support key sectors including, independent workshops, franchise workshops, and retail.

Responsibilities

  • Managing high-quality marketing accountancy practices and working procedures, coupled with financial stability and budgetary foresight.
  • Exceptional bookkeeping, problem-solving and analytical skills to manage the Marketing financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Monitors 3 budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings, trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
  • Plans and coordinates all scales of events including sales meeting, trade shows and conferences.
  • Management of merchandise and customer consumable stock items. Stock ordering, stock replenishment, inventory location management, sales order processes and queries.
  • Implements marketing and advertising print and digital campaigns by assembling and analysing data forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives
  • Support the day-to-day Marketing activities/assets as well as support implementation of local marketing campaigns and promotions for key sectors.
  • Accomplishes organisation goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated, able to self-start or ask questions for help when needed.
  • Completer-Finisher, tenacious at following things through to completion
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Initiative to suggest improvements.
  • Exemplary computer skills and highly proficient in excel, word and outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
