Your work will directly influence our marketing strategies, product development, and overall business growth.Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and potential risks- Collect and analyse data from various sources, including market reports, surveys, and customer feedback- Use statistical techniques to interpret data and extract meaningful insights- Develop and maintain market models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making processes- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable recommendations based on market insights- Monitor competitor activities and track their market share, pricing strategies, and product offerings- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging market trendsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field- Proven experience as a Market Insight Analyst or similar role- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, SAS)- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques- Familiarity with CRM systems and data visualisation tools is a plus
