Reporting into the COO, the new Digital Head of Marketing will:
Recruit and inspire a leading digitally-focused marketing team
Devise and execute a 360° launch campaign
Devise and execute a first class digital strategy driving website traffic and bookings
Create exceptional online content – gifs, videos, graphics and ads to establish and grow a super-engaged social following
Devise and implement SEO and PPC strategies
Utilise closed loop Single Customer View Technologies to optimise future interactions
Monitor and analyse click-through rates, constantly improving content strategies
Forecast marketing campaign growth and return-on-investment (ROI) reporting directly to the board
Manage all copy for all marketing campaigns
Use Google Analytics, AdWords, other relevant digital marketing tools and CRM to facilitate an omnichannel approach
Devise new ways of driving traffic to the website
Analyse, review, improve the user journey to increase engagement and conversion
Keep abreast of new social media platforms, web technology and digital marketing trends
You will be a digital and social media marketing expert with at least 2 years of growing, developing and managing a top-class digitally-focused marketing team and minimum 6 years’ hands-on digital marketing experience. You’ll be well-versed at presenting and reporting at C-Level and must be versatile, resilient and able to think on your feet. Stakeholder management is key.
Above all else, you’ll be a strong leader and communicator with a creative flair and huge passion for all things digital.
