Marketing Campaign Manager (Maternity Cover)
The Theatre Royal Plymouth is the largest and best-attended regional producing theatre in the UK.

We’re now looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our brilliant team on a 12 month contract, covering a period of maternity leave.

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will manage the creation and delivery of outstanding marketing campaigns, increasing our audiences and maximising sales.
Developing and implementing creative marketing initiatives across both digital and print, you will foster customer loyalty, bolstering our audiences and providing lifetime value.
Championing our brand, you’ll ensure consistency across all our marketing channels, delivering campaigns that engage and inspire.
You will provide marketing support to all departments, identifying opportunities for growth and helping to maximise the impact of our work.
In addition, you will manage marketing budgets and expenditure, using statistics to continually track return on investment and customer behaviour to inform next steps and ensure we continue to thrive.
To be considered as the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will need:
- At least three years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience developing results focused content ideas in response to audience insight
- Experience of content management
- A demonstrable understanding of developing and implementing media and content to support and deliver campaign objectives
- A strong understanding of the digital trends of the social media landscape
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Proficiency in IT
- A qualification relevant to the post, or equivalent experience
