Job Description
This global leading law firm are seeking a talented Proposals Executive to support the Proposals Manager with the writing, editing and project management of large, procurement-led pitches. An important part of the role will also be helping to maintain a central proposals library and the project management of smaller pitches autonomously. There will also be additional duties such as logging of pitches that come into the team on the firm's CRM system, ensuring that all relevant client documents and submissions are saved on relevant systems and proposals reporting.
The role will suit someone passionate about creating first-class proposals to win business and who is excited about being a playing a central role in this high-profile project involving stakeholders from virtually every practice area across the firm. Enthusiasm for writing, excellent proof-reading skills and a meticulous attention to detail is essential along with the interpersonal skills to build relationships and credibility with partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering content from several sources across the firm (subject matter experts, previous proposals, directory submissions, existing libraries) for use in proposals.
- Sending content to internal stakeholders for sign off and completing subsequent edits/ actions.
- Writing new content, such as partner biographies, to meet the requirements of new proposal automation software templates.
- Uploading content onto the new proposal automation software system and tagging appropriate words and phrases appropriately.
