Job Description

Marketing Assistant position for an initial 12-month FTC with a view to making it permanent with a leading Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys. London-based hybrid working.

This leading Patent and Trademark Attorney’s are seeking a marketing assistant for their team. The firm is renowned globally for its expertise and client base with offices in Europe. This is an extremely exciting time to be joining as a marketing assistant as you will work directly with partners and other fee earners.

This is a varied role which will involve general marketing admin, event support, and updating client information. Duties of the role will include and not limited to:

  • Support various events by registering attendees, coordinating the events process and manage the post-event follow up
  • Communicate effectively with fee-earners on a range of matters including gathering feedback
  • Assist in the updating and maintenance of the website
  • Assist with analysing data from various marketing platforms to create quarterly marketing reports

Candidates who have marketing experience through an internship, placement or work experience within a professional services environment would be suitable for the role. You must have excellent organisation skills and be confident to deal with senior stakeholders in the business.
