Internal Comms Manager role in a prestigious US law firm. London based with hybrid working. Leading the strategy for EMEA and global HR comms. Up to £68,000.
This leading US Law Firm, with a large presence and team in London, is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to lead on the firm’s EMEA strategy. The role will work closely with the wider PR and Comms team, as well as working with the HR department on the firm’s global HR communications. Duties include:
Internal Communications:
- Develop and implement the firm’s internal communications strategy in collaboration with offices across Europe and the Middle East;
- Develop a range of initiatives aligned to the firm’s CSR, D&I and Pro Bono work;
- Draft a range of newsletters, including ghost-writing for key stakeholders in the business;
- Ensure the firm’s intranet is up to date and consistent;
- Work alongside the external communications team in London, providing internal communications support for large campaigns.
HR Communications:
- Work with the HR team on the firm’s HR comms strategy, ensuring employee engagement and awareness;
- Utilise and improve the use of internal channels for the HR team;
- Support with the delivery of talent attraction initiatives such as referral communications etc;
- Measure and report on the firm’s HR communications.
This role would suit an experienced Internal Comms professional, with exposure to Corporate Communications. Experience within the legal sector is ideal, but the firm is also open to candidates from wider professional services firms, such as accountancy and consultancy.
