Communications and PR Manager role in this respected US Law Firm. Managing the Europe and Middle East PR strategy. London based with 2 days from home. Salary up to £75,000.

This top US Law Firm is growing their team in London and looking for a Communications Manager to support their EMEA PR strategy. The role will report into the Global Head of Comms in the US, and manage all media activity across Europe and the Middle East. The Comms Manager will work closely with the BD and marketing teams in these regions in delivering strategic PR initiatives. The postholder will also line manage and have the support of a PR Executive.

Key Duties:

• Create and implement media strategies for individual offices and practice areas;
• Develop strong relationships with journalists across national, trade and legal media;
• Position Partners as thought leaders within the press;
• Provide best practice guidance for the firm in relation to media activities and coordinate training;
• Manage the reporting for PR across Europe and the Middle East;
• Line manage a direct report, establishing KPIs and development opportunities.

The role would suit an experienced PR Manager looking to lead on the PR for a region in a prestigious firm. Experience within the legal sector, either in house or in agency working with legal clients is essential! Line management experience is also required.
