In this Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager role you will act as a second-in-command to the Marketing & BD Director and manage a small team. The role is a varied full mix role where specifically you wil:

• Deputise for the Marketing & BD Director in their absence;
• Play a key role in developing and implementing the marketing and business development strategy;
• Play an advisory and coaching role to the different practice areas and sector groups;
• Project manage major projects and initiatives including scoping, implementation and evaluation;
• Manage major campaigns, developing key messages and ensuring they are on brand;
• Work on key client plans and initiatives;
• Champion best practice around marketing and business development processes;
• Managing and developing a small team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced BD Manager looking for a step up or a Senior Manager looking for more of a leadership role.
