Here at Barker Graves we work with a broad range of communications agencies in digital, integrated communications, activation, consultancies and broadcast including WPP, Omnicom, Havas, Publicis and IPG to mid-sized groups and smaller independents.
We've specialised in direct and CRM since 1998 and we really understand how the industry has developed into the Customer Engagement discipline as well as having a fantastic network of clients in this part of the industry. We've watched with interest the explosion of demand from our agency's clients for Customer Experience expertise over the last few years with agencies adapting their structures and propositions to create best in class programmes for new and existing clients.
The CX Strategy Director roles
We have a number of roles for CX professionals with a background in digital communications and media, a strong grasp of how to use UX expertise and integrate it with traditional CRM. You'll be responsible for helping shape CX strategy and transformation, develop product and service propositions alongside CRM comms and will be comfortable with how to effectively deploy Martech.
You'll be identifying customer needs and gaps and growth opportunities and developing the vision for the future of the client customer experience. Alongside defining and leading research and analysis, you’ll be driving insight development to power CX strategies. You’ll be responsible for building compelling experience and customer journeys that resonate with customers. You’ll be translating these into forward thinking and progressive ways to bring together customer touchpoints to optimise experience working closely and collaboratively with internal and external data teams, UX/UI and creative teams
The candidates we need:
- You will have at least ten years’ experience in a communications agency
- Experienced leading and influencing senior clients
- Flexible, energetic, a visionary and a great storyteller
- A good understanding of Martech platforms and digital technology
