tml Partners are delighted to be supporting a pre-launch consumer technology business. This well financed tech start-up has over 2 years of development and customer research behind them, and their consumer platform is just about to launch to the public and are now looking for a dynamic, creative and results focused Growth Marketing Manager to join and help deliver the growth targets.

The platform is an easy-to-use solution that takes all the hassle out of organising events with your mates, enables you to discover and share awesome activities going on nearby, allows you to link up with other groups doing things your crew might want to do, rewards you for having fun, and facilitates your ability to connect with new people over new or existing passions. Using proprietary technology, and by supporting creators in the events world; they take it as their mantra to say 'never again' to boredom, hassle, repetition, irrelevant suggestions, endless scrolling, and rubbish events.

The Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving user acquisition, reporting into the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer, and eventually leading a high-performing, growth-focused team. Adaptability and rapid experimentation are a must for this role, as they seek to unlock a repeatable code for growth through varied hacking. They are looking for a non-traditional growth manager here, as interested in experimenting with offline hacks as they are online. You must not be afraid to try new things!

· User Acquisition

· Funnel Building & Growth Channel Optimization

· Growth Hacking

· Developing and executing online and offline campaigns (including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels

· Data & Feedback Analysis

· Data Visualisation

· Performance Marketing & ASO

· Email Marketing

· Referral Marketing

· Customer Acquisition Channel Planning

· A good understanding of both NFX & VFX is a must

· Tech savvy, but with an interest in offline viral initiatives

· User Insights (in collaboration with Product)
