An award-winning business, with a growing and highly skilled workforce, are seeking an experienced Paid Media professional to manage PPC and Paid Search within the business. This digital marketing agency who deal with clients from local businesses to international household names and everything in-between.

Your new role
Due to recent growth within the business, a high demand from their diverse client base and a continued desire to grow and succeed, this Dorset based digital marketing agency are seeking a PPC Manager to join their talented team. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a range of paid search & social campaigns for clients
• Assessing client requirements and goals, formulating and implementing the most suitable PPC strategies to deliver excellent results
• Day-to-day management of your key accounts (including technical changes, analysing and drawing insight from third party analytics data, and implementing innovative management techniques to maximise campaign performance)

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will, above all else, be an ambitious professional with significant prior experience in: PPC, Paid Search and Social Media. They will be a self-starter, able to work well as part of a team but comfortable working on their own initiative. Prior agency experience is preferred but not a deal breaker.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000, gym memberships, private pension and other fantastic benefits.
