You will be working for a fantastic Leisure business responsible for the running of six centres in the South West of London! Your new role

In your new role as Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all campaigns, communications and projects for the business spanning the full marketing mix of digital, social, email, print, content, and PR with a view to grow customer numbers, customer retention, revenue and profitability.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need at least 4-5 years experience in a marketing role, as well as being responsible for the following:
Having created and delivered a rolling calendar of campaign activity, to maximise business KPI's primarily around revenue, retention and participation. Lead and coordinate on the communication strategy and create content, copy-writing and produce effective branded customer communications across all channels. Be a point of contact for public relations matters, oversee and deploy regular content updates on all web pages and ensure SEO optimisation and work with the customer insight and Data Manager on regular reporting. Manage and develop the customer database for communications purposes across all channels and audiences. Identify growth opportunities for tactical sales-driven campaigns, and contribute to brand vision and strategy by liaising wit internal stakeholders to inform and advise on campaign strategy and plans.

What you'll get in return

In return you will get a salary of between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, as well as a whole host of benefits including free access to leisure activities from you and one other, and a generous pension package.
