Communications & Engagement Officer £16 - £19 Per Hour

This is an opportunity to work with a large high-profile public sector organisation in Wales to support in the planning, development and delivery of communications action plans.
Your new role
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating communications and social marketing plans to support the organisations key deliverables as outlined in the operational plan. You will maximise the impact of social marketing and communications activities and identify opportunities by taking a proactive approach to support the communications aims. Working with colleagues across the organisation you will implement a detailed publishing and stakeholder plan, ensuring activities feed into the central communications teams work plan.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of a wide range of communications and stakeholder management techniques in a varied and challenging role. With strong communications and project management skills, good influencing skills and excellent writing abilities. You will be competent in developing sound, lasting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders with a good working knowledge of Welsh Language Standards.
What you'll get in return
£16 - £19 Per Hour for an initial term of three months. This is a part-time position with flexible working options available.
