Our Story:

Founded in 2016, we are the brainchild of our Founder Manjula (Women in Fintech Powerlist & Best Female Led Investment Award) who was determined to create an organisation that would have no other agenda but to unite Government, Business, Civil society and Citizens for the delivery of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Your next opportunity:

We are building a suite of products for companies to report against environmental and societal goals – in the same way they report on financial metrics.
We are a scale-up with global reach, access to multi-nationals and government organisations, and highly ambitious goals that combine powerful software products with our mission to improve society and the planet.
We are now in need of someone to help refine and deliver our ambitious product roadmap. As our Associate Product Manager, you will:

+ Support the product and tech team in the planning, definition, testing and measurement of features and stories
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Work with different parts of the business to gather requirements for a range of existing products and work out how best to deliver the features (or whether we should focus on something else)
+ Help translate the product strategy into detailed step by step requirements
+ Prioritise activities based on business and customer impact
+ Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria – and understand technical requirements
+ Some user research and requirements collation from clients
+ Work closely with the Tech team to discuss and plan features
+ Assist in the testing of features prior to release
+ Track and monitor features after launch, collect feedback and iterate based on insights and analytics
+ Communicate product release info to other parts of the business, and in client comms
+ Assist product lead with sprint planning

About You:

+ You are comfortable working in a team that deals with ambiguity and are curious about finding the best possible solutions
+ You have excellent listening skills – are able to actively listen to internal teams, plus client and partners needs so as to clearly identify opportunities, issues and problems
+ You can articulate propositions, and business opportunities to a wide variety of stakeholders
+ Prior experience working in an agile methodology

+ Some knowledge and experience of working with data or tech teams would be beneficial
+ Experience in market data or financial services is a bonus but is not strictly required
+ Some technical understanding will be beneficial
