Senior Marketing Manager Legal. This global law firm has one of the best cultures in the industry and is genuinely different to others. This senior marketing manager role will take overall responsibility for marketing plans, major campaigns and execution of marketing activity for the lead practice and sector groups too. Working collaboratively with wider BD and marketing teams, this role provides a nice balance of strategy alongside tactical delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Project managing headline thought leadership campaigns for practice and sector groups.
- Coaching and influencing Partners to go on a creative journey.
- Involvement in/leading on firm-wide projects incorporating branding, CRM and profile raising.
- Being part of a leadership team that is driving change and innovation.
- Managing a small team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and making a difference in a challenger brand environment. The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering marketing campaigns within professional services (ideally legal or accountancy). It is also essential that the successful candidate relishes working as part of a busy team and has a collaborative mindset. Other qualities include enthusiasm, flexibility and creativity in addition to a sense of humour.
