PR Account Director Remuneration & Additional benefits:

- Focus on client relationships, assisting clients with the development of PR, marketing and communication plans and the establishment of long and short term marketing/business objectives and goalsDay to day responsibility and representation of the client business within the agency with accountability for successful implementation of campaigns, on time, on brief and to budgetSupport New Business pitches when requiredContinually enhancing knowledge of the client's brand, products and market place and looking for opportunities to engage in broader business dialogueRapidly resolving and problem solving client and agency issues if they occurDevelop and drive insightful agency briefs and take responsibility for the quality of agency outputWork with partner Strategist and Creative to develop ideas that deliver against your clients' marketing and business objectivesBe pioneering and responsible for award entry submissionsUltimate responsibility for the smooth running of the account, operationally, creatively and financiallyConduct the appraisal process for direct reports and have responsibility for career management and development of individuals who report to youComplete weekly timesheets and ensure all your team's timesheets are up to dateEnsure client's sign off on all estimates and appropriate filing of all estimates for tracking and complianceBe responsible for all projects and campaigns profitably Responsible for maximising the account's billings and or income and for seeking out additional income opportunities and areas of growth
- 5+ years PR experienceComprehensive understanding of general marketing & PR practices (an industry board qualification - most desirable)The experience/ability to pitch Proven track record to lead and deliver against client expectations at C-Suite Self-starter who can manage their own day Proven track record in managing, developing and leading a team
