About the Client Services Director Role
A superb opportunity for a Strategic Client Services Director to take ownership and grow multiple accounts, whilst supporting the strategy team in leading and developing killer campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Services Director
- Report directly into the Founders.
- Act as the Account and Strategic lead within the agency.
- Act as the direct manager to direct reports and oversee other members of the wider team.
- Build trusting and solid relationships with clients and acting as their go-to adviser.
- Leading and developing strategic direction for each of your accounts.
- Take ownership of lead generation and ABM campaigns from strategy to content creation through to campaign delivery and results tracking.
- Leading proposals.
- Working collaboratively with the founders to identify exciting new business opportunities.
- Influence the creative team with superb briefs and brainstorming sessions.
- Consistently and effectively manage client expectations, ensuring that you deliver the highest quality service.
- Managing P+L of your client, ensuring profitability of projects and campaigns, ensuring work is delivered on budget, and invoicing clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- 8+ years’ experience working in a Client Services/Senior Account Director/Business Director/Senior Strategy Director level role, within a B2B agency.
- Proven track record of managing million-pound B2B accounts.
- An outstanding understanding of delivering ABM and lead generation campaigns, previous experience working with technology clients and the ability to maintain trustworthy client relationships.
- Experience leading and mentoring a small team and offering strategic direction.
- Someone that is not afraid to get stuck in and hungry for excellent results.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at a time.
