The company is now at an exciting and pivotal stage of its next phase of growth and as a result is looking to invest in marketing. As part of the journey, the business are hiring a Head of Marketing within their expanding US team.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for creating and executing an integrated marketing strategy that will focus on driving acquisition and retention and have a direct impact on achieving revenue goals. Working with the broader team and leaning on the wider group marketing function, you will drive the operational delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns that will drive brand awareness, customer engagement and competitive positioning.
You will be able to think out of the box and move away from email only marketing channels, and drive a much more digital first approach for the business, particularly as they look at growing their product portfolio. Looking at the full channel mix, you will encourage more social and digital campaigns and put in place the operational processes to enable this.
This will be a fast paced role and require someone with ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment, whilst also having the experience and confidence to really take ownership of projects and manage their own time. You will be an aspiring leader with management responsibilities for 1 direct report, be assertive and highly ambitious. Experience working in the events industry is a must with exposure to Fintech being preferable but not critical.
