UK Marketing Manager
HQ Frimley, Surrey 1 day, 1 day Covent Garden, London + 3 Remote Days
Plus 10% Bonus + Pension + Staff Discount
Reporting to: Marketing Director, EMEA

The UK Marketing Manager Role:

Reporting into the Marketing Director EMEA the UK Marketing Manager will be part of the EMEA team responsible for gaining discovery and trial of Peloton bikes in the UK hospitality sector as well as generating leads for Precor UK commercial sales.

The position is a key element of the EMEA marketing team which is structured to cover key geographical regions within EMEA and provide marketing specialists skills for the entire region with a focus of generating leads for both Peloton Commercial bikes in Peloton active countries and Precor leads for all countries supported by a direct sales team or dealer network


// Managing UK marketing fundamentals:

+ Work cross-collaboratively with key teams in our organisation to drive and deliver on strategic initiatives
+ Deliver Marketing activity on brief, on budget and on time
+ Build relationships and activity across internal departments and external partnerships
+ Budget management – owning and managing UK marketing budget throughout year
+ Agency management – ensure all agencies are meeting pre-determined KPIs, and working to the best of their ability for the business
+ Analysis and measurement of all activity

// Discovery & Trial of Peloton experience in the UK hospitality sector:

+ Working closely with EMEA Peloton marketing team and corporate/global team, oversee implementation of all marketing activity in the UK
+ Database management
+ Targeted awareness using all channels
+ Drive traffic to website
+ Generate leads
+ Source and organise events
+ Sell through/on-site engagement of hotelier and guests
+ Minimum of monthly reporting and evaluation on all KPI stats including;
+ Web sessions to hospitality landing pages
+ Web enquiries in hospitality
+ Conversion rate from SFDC Lead to opportunity in hospitality
+ Opt-in in hospitality
+ Event insights and planning for hospitality across EMEA

// Generating leads and sales conversion assets for Precor brand in the UK:

+ Plan, implement and evaluate all marketing activity
+ Database management
+ Targeted awareness using all channels
+ Drive traffic to website
+ Generate leads

// Promote Peloton Commercial & Precor service offering within the UK

+ Develop plan, oversee implementation, and report success of increase sales of service
+ Extended warranty
+ Service agreements at Ex warranty
+ Contract Renewal

// EMEA Marketing

+ Participate in Pan – EMEA marketing activity including developing plans, budgets and processes and implementation of specific campaigns

About You:

+ 4+ year experience in account management or customer facing role
+ Marketing or business-related degree
+ Experience of project management and relevant tools such as
+ Able to analyse and interpret data and provide recommendations
+ Experience using initiative and working in a fast-paced environment
+ A problem solver able to process information quickly
+ Expert at relationship building and stakeholder management
+ Experience navigating the political landscape of an organisation
+ Interest in fitness-tech is a plus
+ Use of CRM system, such as
+ Fully computer literate
