New Business Manager – Business Development for Marketing Agencies
Chiswick, London W4 / Work from Home Flexibility
£33,000 Basic Rising to £36,000 after probation (£45,000 OTE)
Due to huge growth we are seeking highly accomplished B2B sales people who thrive in a complex market and are seeking a new challenge.
We work for many big name marketing communications agencies helping them secure meetings with prospective clients. The role of New Business Manager is to work with small group of clients to establish their pitch and target market and then to arrange initial meetings for them. This is hard work and can involve detective work and getting through several gatekeepers before being able to make a convincing pitch to high level decision makers. A typical day would involve working across 2 of your clients, making around 60-80 calls, speaking to 8 decision makers and arranging at least 1 quality meeting. There is also a degree of account management and reporting so your verbal and written communication skills must be excellent.
Our staff are all highly experienced and come from a marketing and sales background. We expect them to work independently and manage their own workload. This is not the job for you if need a sales manager to keep you on your toes. The job is office based at least until you get through the probationary period but we will consider requests for some home working after this.
We offer a substantial basic salary, which when coupled with our bonus scheme, provides the quality of people we are looking for the opportunity to earn £45k per year or more.
Our office is in leafy Chiswick, close to an excellent high street of shops, restaurants and bars. We have on site showers, safe cycle storage and there is plenty of parking available nearby. We offer 23 days holiday plus a half day "Manifest Holiday" the day before each bank holiday (so you can get off early to beat the traffic, or just go to the pub!). The hours are 9am to 5:30pmbut we close at 4:30pm each Friday.
