Our client is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial FMCG business based in Leeds.
They have a range of consumer brands and are looking for a commercially-minded Insight Manager to join their busy marketing team.
Reporting in to the Head of Brand, the Insight Manager responsibilities include:
·Turning market/category data and consumer insights into recommendations
·Building close working relationship with sales to understand their requirements, the customer opportunities, in order to provide compelling insight & rationale to protect existing and/or to drive new listings
·Constantly developing and enhancing how to utilise both consumer & category insight
·Working with Marketing Director, SMM, or BM’s - involvement in the development of NPD/EPD
·Working with the Marketing Director & Senior Marketing Manager on FY + 3 year strategic planning
·Responsible for working with Brand Managers to help provide the insight for effective brand planning
·Providing monthly reporting and key insights on the IRI data.
·Providing monthly reports on the dunnhumby- tracking current work in progress, highlighting key insights, new initiatives etc
·Being prepared for ad-hoc presentations to both Sales & Marketing teams when relevant.In addition, may be required to update the Board on specific projects, category trends, dunnhumby updates etc
You will already be client side as an Insight Manager in FMCG / branded consumer-focused business or be in agency with a focus on strong FMCG or consumer brands.
