The Company

We are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful and entrepreneurial FMCG business with a long track record of growth across a number of brands.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, this newly-created Digital Brand Manager will:

  • Identify key trends and consumer behaviours, offering ideas for NPD and innovation
  • Work with the wider team to identify new propositions through insights and on trade experience for future NPD
  • Manage relevant brand budgets to deliver Return on Investment through volume and value growth for both the on and off trade
  • Work closely with the sales team and customers on delivering brand activations and plans to ensure they not only achieve brand goals but meet customer objectives such as driving footfall, exposure and ultimately profit
  • Be responsible for ensuring effective impactful brand presentations to both the sales team and key customers (eg: initial "sell-in" presentations, but other "brand" presentations when relevant to protect, grown & acquire new listings
  • Assist with the strategic yearly planning for the Annual Budget Plan and 5-yearly forecasts
  • Present impactful brand presentations to both the sales team and key customers
  • Monitor brand performance against targets, and developing and implementing recommendations around remedial action if needed
  • Help manage the story telling and build awareness of the brands within the portfolio, via Instagram and facebook channels. Using our brand partners content alongside encouraging content creation by UK bar and restaurant listing our range
  • Working on creating conceptual ideas to promote products and listings drive direct sales via small budget promotion spend
  • Ownership of social channels eg. POD. Produce social content and drive effective campaigns in its consumer and trade growth strategy
  • Managing Brand owner’s expectations and ensuring sufficient reporting and communication
  • Building awareness across brands via Instagram and Facebook channels. Using brand partners content alongside content from bars listing our brands
  • Creating conceptual ideas to promote products and listings and driving direct sales via small budget promotion spend
  • Owning social channels eg. POD, by producing social content and driving effective campaigns
  • Managing company websites amending copy and images to keep content fresh and engaging
  • Assisting in the management of Trade & Consumer PR strategy for POD and any other own brand development
  • Responsibility for individual brand website and social media platforms

The Person

You will ideally come from either a digital agency with FMCG / consumer brand clients, a digitally-focused brand role within a FMCG company or a b2c varied digital role where brands and the consumer are key.
