Are you a CRM expert who values the importance of effective strategy? Can you manage CRM campaigns through the whole lifecycle and utilise your insights to develop and maintain CRM platforms?
Can you recognise and nurture commercial opportunities using customer touch points? Are you a natural communicator who can use data and information to create successful customer campaigns?
We’re on the lookout for a CRM Manager whose bread and butter are Salesforce and Pardot. You will have experience of data and insights, where data influences the output of the business.

You’re probably just right for this role in that case.
You will need:
2+ years’ experience in a similar role using enterprise Salesforce
1+ years' experience using Pardot
Proven experience in setting up and implementing CRM strategy and plans
Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
A proven track record of using and analysing data to guide decision making
An understanding and experience using HTML / CSS
Experience developing best-in-class email marketing content
Proven experience setting up automated email marketing programs
Experience in segmentation, targeting and personalization at scale

In return for your expertise and dedication you will be offered a salary of c.£55,000 and hybrid working, with 2-3 days in the office and the remainder at home.
