Job Description

One of the world’s leading and most disruptive consumer brands in Neobanking is on a rocket-ship of global growth. This fintech decacorn now seeks a visionary VP of Brand to lead a world class brand, marketing and creative team.

Reporting directly to the board, the VP of Brand will lead a global function of 60 FTEs across brand strategy, activation, consumer insights, content, digital media, and in-house creative studio. Owning a multi-million dollar budget, you will be responsible for shaping the master-brand positioning, delivering award winning creative & content campaigns, and cementing the business as a household consumer tech brand name, globally.

The successful candidate will hold extensive experience in brand strategy and creative content, ideally combining experience in a classic enterprise B2C business with a passion and track record from a hyper growth technology market. You will be an inspirational leader with an award winning background, who can motivate and inspire a team of brilliant brand & creative thinkers.

The business is headquartered in Berlin, with a network of offices across Europe & North America. Relocation packages are available for the successful candidate.
