We are currently partnering with a successful and fast growth digital brand in the search for a high calibre Finance Manager.

Reporting directly to senior management, the role is suited to those who enjoy working as part of a fast paced, forward thinking, collaborative environment

Reporting directly to senior management this is a broad and pivotal role across the team

You will have the opportunity to directly manage a team of 3 and take on the following key responsibilities

Oversight of all core accounting activities to include financial accounting, controls work, management of the relationship with the auditors and tax

Management accounting – Budgeting, forecasting as well as associated analysis

Cash Flow forecasting and relevant analysis

Play a key role as part of finance transformation work to continue to develop systems and processes, as the business continues to invest

Support senior leadership with ad hoc projects around operations and commercial oversight

The role is suited to qualified finance professionals (or overseas equivalent) who possess a number of years relevant post qualified experience

The role is suited to finance talent based in either Hampshire or Surrey – a flexible, hybrid work scenario is on offer (2 days office based)
