Job Description
Major Players are working with a global events and experiential agency who are currently recruiting a Senior Producer into their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for taking the lead on a wide variety of events and activations. You will also need to have a solid background managing programmes on complex events in order to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale and intricate projects, guiding Integrated Production teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Working across medium to large projects, including conferences, exhibitions and activations
- Develop and maintain project timelines and plans to ensure project success.
- Utilise your experience in managing live productions, conferences, awards ceremonies, and musical performances.
- Oversee content delivery, working closely with client teams to streamline workflows and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Understand the skill sets and capabilities of the production department, assisting in resource.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Producers to retain and manage key clients and projects, offering strategic guidance and managing client expectations.
- Experienced in managing budgets exceeding £1 million.
Skills required:
- Proven experience in an events/ experiential agency
- Significant prior experience in complex event project delivery, including budget management.
- Proven ability to respond to clients with content, digital, social media, and technical solutions.
- Previous experience in line management.
- Strong understanding of financial software.
