Marketing & Events Executive – Job specAxon Moore, the North’s leading financial and accountancy recruitment consultancy, is looking for a talented, creative and passionate Marketing & Events Executive.With offices in Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire and Yorkshire, we work with some of the highest profile brands in the UK as well as many emerging and interesting SME’s.Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will support the business with both its online and offline marketing activity, as well as its external events programme. This is an ideal role for an ambitious 1 year+ executive, who is wanting to take the next step in their marketing career. Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the Digital Marketing Manager Head of Marketing & Communications to execute the marketing strategy ensuring ROI and company targets are met
- Ownership of the businesses social media channels – devising content, managing social calendar, ensuring engagement and analysing results
- Act as event lead across all 4 offices, ensuring events are managed within budget and deliver ROI
- Produce and distribute multichannel content
- Be responsible and help drive the businesses online strategy (SEO, CRM & email marketing)
- Work with the Head of Marketing to manage sponsorship activities and help drive external PR opportunities
- Designing and creating branded assets for internal and external comms (eg; adverts, infographics, case studies etc)
- Seeking out and creating compelling content for online and offline channels
- Managing the marketing database and email distribution of finance professionals
- Ensure all internal and external communications reflect our brand reputation as a leading financial recruiter in the North
- Act as brand custodian and work in cohesion with the wider team to ensure collaboration across all levels.

- Ideally, one-years’ experience as a marketing assistant or executive – client side and agency considered
