We are now looking for a Box Office and Marketing Co-ordinator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As the Box Office and Marketing Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our box office and the promotion of ticket sales.

Overseeing box office staff, you’ll manage resources and ensure adequate staffing is available whilst promoting the highest levels of customer service. You will respond to calls and emails and will ensure that all team members are trained on internal systems.

Supporting our marketing strategy, you’ll set up offers on the box office system and oversee the audience feedback platform to report on the success of promotional campaigns. You’ll also engage with third party sellers to maximise ticket sales.

About You

To be considered as a Box Office and Marketing Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Previous experience of supervising staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- A genuine passion for bold, ambitious, original theatre
- IT proficiency with the ability to use computerised box office systems

The closing date for this role is midday on Friday 14th October 2022.
