Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Candidate:

• Work ethic - (this is not your average 9-5)
• History of high achievement
• Outstanding communication
• Relationship building
• An interest in business and student mentaility
• Resilience
• Hungry to be successful / Competitive edge
• 2.1 Degree from top 40 uni desirable but not essential

What we need from you:

• Proven track record in sales (know your figures!)
• 6+ months in a direct sales role - telesales, door to door, fundraising, car sales, broking, business development, estate agency, lettings etc..
• Winning attitude and a desire to succeed
