Our client is a global medical and healthcare organisation, established nearly 50 years ago and based in Nottingham. They're seeking an Events Coordinator to join their established team on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis, to start as soon as possible.

The Role - Events Coordinator – 6-month contract

You’ll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of face-to-face and virtual events for customers and medical practitioners across the UK.

Working closely with the Events Executive, you’ll organise set up and close-down, manage registration and attendee lists, source suppliers, speakers and sponsors, create running orders, and create pre and post-event content and marketing collateral.

Requirements - Events Coordinator – 6-month contract

• At least 18 months of corporate events management experience.
• Excellent organisation skills, able to juggle multiple projects and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Able to travel where necessary for events, with ad-hoc evening and weekend work.
• Available as soon as possible.

Location

This position is hybrid, working 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home per week. Based in Nottingham, suitable locations to commute from include Nottingham, Derby, Castle Donington, Newark-on-Trent, Bingham, Long Eaton, Alfreton, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Grantham, Leicester and more.
