Your new companyYour new company is a global Top 10 accountancy firm based in the heart of London. They have the opportunity for an Events Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month parental fixed-term contract. Your new roleYou will be joining a busy, high-energy and friendly team to assist with the delivery and planning of high-quality events, from conception to completion. You will be handling all event logistics from liaising with suppliers & venues, sending out event invitations, taking responsibility for event budgets and assisting with the on-site management of events. You will also be working with key stakeholders across the firm, so you will need strong communication & relationship-building skills.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will need to have around 1 year's experience in an Events position, delivering a variety of events across both online and in-person platforms. You will need to be an organised individual that can meet deadlines, manage budgets, and handle logistics, whilst also communications & building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
