Position: Conference and Events Head Waiter

Salary: £32,000 per annum (basic) plus service charge

Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of talented waitstaff, ensuring exceptional service delivery during conferences, banquets, and events.

- Coordinate with event organizers and other departments to ensure seamless execution of all food and beverage requirements.

- Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and other event equipment according to event specifications.

- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly attending to guests' needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event.

- Oversee the service of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.

- Manage event timelines, ensuring efficient service and adherence to event schedules.

- Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces, including proper handling of equipment and supplies.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in conference and events settings.
