My client is looking for an experienced and energetic project lead to join their prestigious team in the south east London area and oversee project infrastructure, logistics and project success. This is a full time permanent position paying up to £37,000 for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in events
• Clear in communication
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Calm and composed when managing multiple projects

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing large projects up to implementation
• Liaising and negotiating with clients
• Managing budgets
• Assisting with development of new client relationships
• You will need to attend venue site visits and create site visit reports for internal and client review. Create onsite docs, manage host schedules, supplier and staff contact lists, crew lists, running orders, run of show and team briefings
• As project lead you will act as a guide and mentor for more junior members of staff and support them across a plethora of projects
