The Company:Our client is a well-established tour operator specialising in creating tours in Great Britain and Ireland

Main duties:To be responsible for managing conferences and events from start to end of project

The Role:- To create, manage and cost projects for clients with continuous interaction with client- Responding to requests timeously- To ensure that all services and accommodation related to project are booked- To deal with suppliers ensuring budgets are adhered to and negotiate rates if needed- Be responsible for site inspection / preparation

- The candidate:- Fluent in French (Written and spoken) Essential- Min 1 years’ experience in event management (meetings, conferences , exhibitions)- Knowledge of destinations in Great Britain and Ireland beneficial- Excellent communication and organisation skills- Professional, Dynamic and ability to multi task- IT literate (MS Office)- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives

The Salary: up to £34,000 p.a. (Depending on Experience)
