Looking for a great account management position that isn't 10% account management and 90% sales?
I'm working with a company based in Surrey that's looking for an Account Manager/ Sales professional to join their team. This position will be around 50% - 60% account management, the rest will be selling and marketing the business.
Job title: Account Manager/ Sales Consultant
Salary: up to £27,000 base (DOE) + bonus
Benefits: Bonus, company laptop, company phone, hybrid working after passing probation period, constant progression in sales, marketing and management and the usual stuff (holidays pension, etc)
You will be the first point of contact for their existing customers, ensuring they are being serviced and looked after to the highest standard. You will also be upselling products and services (where applicable) to ensure you're making the most out of that business.
On the sales side of the role, you will be reaching out to businesses using their amazing prospecting tools to build awareness and arrange meetings for the sales teams and/or directors.
You will ideally have:
- Previous sales experience and account management experience
- Experience using CRM tools to record and update sales activities
- A great thirst to learn and progress
- The ability to sniff out sales opportunities and the skills to get a customer on board.
